Delivery and Returns

Damages / Incorrect Delivery

If you receive damaged or incorrect tiles you will need to inform McGarry Tiles & Bathrooms within 2 working days from delivery. We will endeavor to send replacements/issue a refund as quickly as possible.

Leftovers

McGarry Tiles & Bathrooms have a high turnover of stock, due to this, we are unable to accept back any leftover returns unless our store has the same shade/batch available. To enquire about returning a product to our store, please contact the store which you had goods delivered from. The customer will be responsible for organizing the return of the goods to our store within 14 days of the delivery date. The refund will be processed within 3-5 working days following our receipt of the resalable items.

Changing your Mind

The customer will have the right to return all nonperishable goods if they are not happy with their choice. The goods must be returned in the original packaging to our store and the customer will be responsible for arranging transport and insurance of goods. This must be done within 14 days of receiving the order. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days following our receipt of the return, original delivery costs will not be refunded.

Special Orders

Items that have been specially ordered for a customers’ specific needs cannot be returned for a refund.

Deliveries

We outsource our deliveries to local couriers services who will endeavour to deliver goods subject to available delivery slots. We will always try to get your goods delivered as soon as possible where stock is available. Please note during the current circumstances all home deliveries are kerbside and couriers will not be permitted to bring goods into your home.

Checking your Order

  • Have you checked your delivery before signing the delivery docket?
  • Have you received exactly what you ordered, the name, colour, size etc?
  • Have you received the exact quantity you ordered?
  • Are the shades and calibres on all tile boxes the same?
  • Is there anything damaged or broken?
  • Does the person installing tiles for you know the exact pattern you require? Give clear instructions?
  • We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery?
  • If your products are being delivered directly to site without you being present, you are entrusting another person to check and accept your delivery.
  • We do not accept returns on Special Order Products.
